CHANGING HOW LEADERS UNDERSTAND ENGAGEMENT

We work with organizations that know something is missing—despite strong talent, solid strategy, and well-intentioned managers. The missing piece isn't effort or accountability. It's understanding identity.

Most workplaces still manage people through roles, metrics, and assumptions. At Uniquity, we help leaders shift their focus from what people do to who they are. Because engagement doesn't come from incentives or performance plans alone—it comes from being recognized, understood, and supported as a whole person.

Our consulting approach is built on the Lead With Identity framework, which puts curiosity, emotional insight, and inquiry at the center of leadership. Through experiential learning and practical application, we equip managers to recognize the feelings, values, strengths, and needs driving behavior on their teams. When leaders learn to read this human data, trust grows, fear recedes, and discretionary effort returns.

Uniquity partners with organizations to build cultures where people don't just comply—they contribute. Where managers stop guessing and start asking. And where engagement becomes a natural outcome of leadership that understands identity as the root of performance.

About the Founder:
Asha Sarode

Asha Sarode is the Founder of Uniquity Consulting and the creator of the Lead With Identity framework. Her work helps leaders unlock engagement, trust, and performance by understanding the human drivers beneath behavior — rather than managing people solely through roles, goals, and metrics.

With over 20 years of experience spanning law, healthcare, technology, and entrepreneurship, Asha brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and emotional intelligence to leadership development. She has practiced as an attorney, thrived within administrative teams, built teams from the ground up, and partnered closely with executive leadership to shape strategy, culture, and systems.

Asha's approach is grounded in real-world experience, behavioral research, and deep inquiry. She is a trained mediator and spent years conducting academic research and in-depth interviews to ensure Uniquity's work is both human-centered and operationally sound. Her strength lies in translating complex emotional and organizational dynamics into practical leadership behaviors managers can use immediately.

At the core of Asha's work is a simple but transformative belief: feelings are data, identity drives behavior, and when people feel understood, they perform better. She helps leaders replace assumption with curiosity and control with connection — creating workplaces where people bring their best and organizations thrive because of it.
